Pride in London is powered by the dedication and passion of our incredible team of volunteers. With their steadfast commitment to equality and diversity, we proudly organise the largest and most diverse pride event in the UK. Our mission is clear: to create a platform that amplifies the voices of every segment within London's vibrant LGBTQ+ community. From lesbian, gay, bisexual, and trans* individuals to queer, questioning, intersex, non-binary, asexual, polysexual, genderqueer, and gender variant people, we strive to raise awareness of LGBTQ+ issues and advocate for the freedoms that will enable everyone to live their lives with true equality.
From the vibrant showcase of talent in Pride's Got Talent to the exhilarating Parade that weaves through the bustling streets of the West End, and the spectacular Pride Festival events leading up to the weekend, our initiatives are all aimed at providing a platform for LGBTQ+ individuals to be seen and heard. We believe in amplifying our community's voices, proudly displaying our achievements, highlighting our progress, and advocating for what is still required.
Pride in London embraces individuals of diverse races and faiths, irrespective of their abilities or disabilities. We welcome individuals from all sexual orientations and gender identities, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual, queer, questioning, intersex, transgender, genderqueer, gender variant, and non-binary individuals, as well as straight and cisgender allies.
We pride ourselves on our existing diversity, but we are actively seeking to enhance it further. We enthusiastically encourage applications from individuals within the Black, Trans, Bi, Non-binary, and Queer communities. We value and prioritise gender equality in all aspects of our organisation and believe in creating an inclusive and representative environment for all.
